Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Structure
Ensure all components, hardware, and instruction manuals are securely packed in the original, unopened shipping crates.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient time for the curbside collection of your return.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
